With the launch of world's first ever Paracetamol IV in plastic pack, manufactured using BFS technology, Marck Biosciences Ltd. has made a mark in the global healthcare industry

The development team of the company has been working on preparing and studying the different formulations of Paracetamol IV for the past 3 years to come up with plastic pack for first time in the world. The drug is being manufactured at its facility at Kheda.

Bhavesh Patel, MD, Marck Biaseiences said, "Paracetamol IV in plastic will have lower freight costs and breakages and help in more competitive pricing in comparison to glass bottles."

The company has begun exporting Paracetamol IV to West African markets and has also entered in the process of registering the innovative product in other markets. The drug would be launched in India by December, 2010.
